Based on the statistics data,a general situation of China's construction industry in 2016 is analyzed including the position of pillar industry,fixed assets investment and the total output value,numbers of employees and enterprises,total value of contracts and value of new contracts,construction and completed building area,and value of overseas projects contracts. The characteristics of China's construction industry development in 2016 are summarized in five aspects such as the leadership role of the construction industry of Jiangsu and Zhejiang in China and the significant increase of new contract value. Eight indicators of China's extra and the first-grade enterprises in 2016 are analyzed,including the amount of enterprises,value of new contracts,total output value, business income,construction and completed building area, total profit and accounts receivable of construction project through five aspects of specialty category,qualification ranking,management relationship,registration region,and registration type.%在翔实的统计数据基础上,从支柱产业地位、固定资产投资和总产值、从业人数和企业数量、利润总量和产值利润率、合同总额和新签合同额、房屋建筑施工和竣工面积、对外承包工程等方面对2016年建筑业总体情况进行了分析.总结出2016年中国建筑业苏浙两省建筑业总产值仍雄居龙头、新签合同额增速大幅提高等5个特点.从专业类别、资质等级、管理关系、注册地区、注册登记类型5个角度,对2016年建筑业特、一级企业的企业数量、新签工程承包合同额、建筑业总产值、营业收入、房屋建筑施工面积、房屋建筑竣工面积、利润总额、应收工程款等8项指标的情况进行了分析.
