以EPC模式推进装配式建筑发展的思考

摘要

装配式建筑发展是一项系统工程,需要系统化的工程管理模式与之相匹配.从有利于实现工程建造组织化、系统化、精益化,有利于降低工程建造成本、缩短工程建造工期,有利于实现技术集成应用和创新,有利于全过程信息化应用等7个方面,阐述了EPC工程总承包管理在推进装配式建筑发展上的优势;剖析了目前装配式建筑管理模式方面存在的问题,有针对地提出了以EPC模式推进装配式建筑发展的若干对策建议.%Development of assembly building is a systematic engineering,it needs a systematic engineering management mode with the matching. Advantages of the EPC project in promoting the development of assembly building are presented, including organization,systematic,lean of engineering construction,project cost,construction period,the realization of the application of technology integration and innovation,whole process of informationization application. Problems existing in the current construction management mode for assembly building are analyzed. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of assembly building in EPC mode.
