止哮汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床研究

摘要

目的 观察止哮汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效.方法 将64例患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例),治疗组口服止哮汤,对照组口服寒喘丸,疗程为2周,观察两组治疗后中医证候疗效、单项症状及肺功能变化.结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为93.94％、93.55％,控显率分别为72.73％、70.97％,治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组在改善喉中哮鸣方面明显优于对照组,余症状无显著差异;两组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC较治疗前均明显增加,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义,组间比较无统计学意义.结论 止哮汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期疗效显著,安全有效.%Objective:To observe the effect of Zhichuan Decoction on bronchial asthma. Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group with Zhichuan Decoction and the control group with Hanchuan Pill. After treatment course for 2 weeks,the TCM syndrome,the clinical symptom and the lung function were detected and compared in 2 groups. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.94% and that in the control group was 93.55%. The controls revealing rate in the treatment group was 72.73% and that in the control group was 70.97%. There were no statistical differences between 2 groups in above indices. Except other symptoms, the improvements of wheeze in laryngeal in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. The FEV| and the FEV/FVC in 2 groups were increased remarkably after treatment. However,there were no significant differences about above indices in 2 groups. Conclusion; It is effective and safe in the Zhichuan Decoction in acute attack of bronchia] asthma.
