目的 观察胸背肌筋膜激发点特色推拿方案应用于急性胸背部筋膜炎的疗效.方法 将急性胸背肌筋膜炎50例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各25例.治疗组予急性胸背肌筋膜激发点推拿治疗,对照组予常规电针治疗.对两组患者5次治疗后的临床症状改善率,及每次治疗后的疼痛面谱量化评分等疗效进行对照分析.结果 治疗组和对照组经连续治疗5次后,治疗组各阶段疼痛面谱量化评分均较对照组改善明显,但两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义.结论 胸背肌筋膜激发点推拿治疗方案对改善急性胸背肌筋膜炎疼痛不适症状优于电针治疗组,值得临床推广运用.%Objective: To observe the effect of massage excited with muscle and fascia on acute thoracic and dorsal myofascitis. Methods: 50 cases with acute thoracic and dorsal myofascitis were randomly divided into the treatment group with the massage excited with muscle and fascia and the control group with the routine electro-acupuncture. After therapies for 5 times,the clinical improvements and the pain face spectrum quantization scores were detected and compared in 2 groups. Results: After therapies for 5 times,the pain face spectrum quantization scores were improved obviously in 2 groups. There was no statistical difference between 2 groups in this index. Conclusion: The effect of massage excited with muscle and fascia on acute thoracic and dorsal is superior to that of routine electro-acupuncture on this disease.
