狼疮清颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要

目的 研究狼疮清颗粒对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 将小鼠随机分为两组,治疗组口服给予不同剂量的狼疮清颗粒(分别为11.4、22.8、45.6g/kg),对照组灌服生理盐水.观察狼疮清颗粒对小鼠刀豆蛋白(ConA)诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、溶血空斑数的作用.结果 小剂量狼疮清颗粒能够增加小鼠脾淋巴细胞和溶血空斑数,大剂量狼疮清颗粒能够抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞和溶血空斑数.结论 狼疮清颗粒具有调节机体免疫功能的作用,且与剂量相关.%Objective:To investigate the effect of Langchuangqing Granules on immune function in normal mice. Methods:The mice were separated randomly into the experimental groups with 3 different doses of Langchuang-qing Granules(11.4%22.8、45.6g/kg) and the control group mice with saline.Spleen lymphocyte conversion induced by Concanavalin, the number of hemolytic plaque were evaluated. Results: Low dose Langchuangqing Granules " upregulated but high dose Langchuangqing Granules suppressed the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and the number of hemolytic plaque. Conclusion: Langchuangqing Granules has an important role in regulating the im-munological function of the mice in a dose dependent manner.
