射麻止喘方治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察射麻止喘方对轻、中度哮喘患者慢性持续期的治疗作用.方法 选择80例患者,随机分为2组各40例.对照组采用常规治疗,中药组在此基础上,加用射麻止喘方.疗程14d.主要观察治疗前后临床症状、体征和肺功能的变化.结果 治疗后,中药组症状疗效及肺功能的改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对轻、中度哮喘慢性持续期患者,加用射麻止喘方,疗效优于单纯西药治疗.%Objective:To observe the effect of Shemazhichuan Decoction on the mild and moderate of chronic duration of bronchial asthma.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the TCM group and the control group with 40 patients in each group.Besides that 2 groups were used the routine western therapies,the TCM group was added the Shemazhichuan Decoction.After 14 days,the total clinical effect and the lung function were observed and compared between 2 groups.Results:In the TCM group,the clinical effect and the lung function were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:It is effective of routine western therapies and Shemazhichuan Decoction on the mild and moderate of chronic duration of bronchial asthma which is better than the routine western treatments.
