参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染68例临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet on children with recurrent respiratory infection.Methods:Children with recurrent respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet,while the control group were only treated Shenqiguben Decoction.Results:The effective rate in treatment group was higher obviously than that in the control group.Conclusion:Shenqiguben Decoction combined with Fanggan Sachet has definite therapeutic effect on children with recurrent respiratory infection.%目的 观察参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 将反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为两组,治疗组采用参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗,对照组采用单独参芪固本汤治疗.结果 治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组免疫指标改善优于对照组.结论 参芪固本汤加防感香囊治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效较好.
