督脉电针加平衡推拿法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

摘要

Objective: To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture and balance Massage on Cervical spondylosis of vertebral arterytype. Methods: Ninety cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group,balance massage group,and electroacupuncture and balance massage group. In the acupuncture group,Fengchi(GB 20),and C3～C7 Jiaji points (EX-B2) and C3～C7 Jiaji points (EX-B2) were selected. In the balance massage group.only massages were selected.In the electroacupuncture and balance massage group,Dazhui (DU 14) ,Fengfu(DU16), Houding (DU19),Baihui (DU20) .and C3～C7 Jiaji points (EX-B2) etc were selected. The Effect of all groups were observed after two weeks treating. Results: The cured rate and the total effective rate of electroacupuncture and balance massage group were superior to those of the other two groups. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy by electroacupuncture and balance massage is better than that of routine acupuncture at Jiaji points,and only massage.%目的 观察督脉电针加平衡推拿法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将90例患者随机均分为传统针刺组、平衡推拿组、督脉电针加平衡推拿组.传统针刺组取风池、天柱和C3～C7夹脊穴；平衡推拿组以(攘)揉、拿捏、点穴等手法治疗;督脉电针加平衡推拿法组取C3～C7夹脊穴、电针大椎、风府等穴,针刺后予推拿手法治疗.连续治疗2周后观察各组疗效.结果 督脉电针加平衡推拿组治愈率和总有效率均高于传统针刺组和平衡推拿组.结论 督脉电针加平衡推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病安全有效,临床治愈率和有效率优于传统针刺法和平衡推拿法.
