从“浊毒”论治脓毒症

摘要

脓毒症是具有较高发病率及死亡率的急危重症,中医药治疗本病有较好的疗效,笔者发现,本病与“浊毒”关系密切,“浊毒”既是脓毒症发生的主要病因和临床表现,也是决定本病预后转归的关键因素,从“浊毒”论治脓毒症,可为临床辨识脓毒症,提高脓毒症临床疗效提供新思路.%Sepsis is an acute and severe disease with high morbidity and mortality,and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a good effect on this disease.The authors of this article finds that sepsis has a close relationship with "turbid and toxin"."Turbid and toxin" was more than the main cause and clinical manifestations of sepsis,but also the key factor in affecting the prognosis and outcome of the disease,so the disease should be treated according to the theory "turbid and toxin",which can provide a new thought of recognizing and improving the clinical effects on the disease.
