一种基于单片机控制的LCD人机界面方案

         

摘要

本文介绍了一种LCD人机界面方案,以飞思卡尔MC9SO8GT60型单片机为主控芯片,结合点阵液晶模块CA320340B进行系统设计,通过单片机和控制系统中MCU之间的串口通讯实现监控参数的获取及发送。该方案可直观准确地读取系统所需的参数和波形,实现对控制系统的良好监控,同时通过薄膜面板添加参数设定功能实现对系统的简单控制,可将其作为学生课外科技活动和电子设计竞赛的培训科目。%A kind of LCD human-computer interface solution is presented in this paper.Combined with the dot matrix LCD module CA320340B,the single chip microcomputer(SCM) MC9SO8GT60 from Freescale is designed as main control chip for the solution.Acquiring and sending monitoring parameters are realized by the serial communication between SCM and MCU of the control system.This solution can achieve supervisory control by obtaining required parameters and waveform intuitively and accurately,simple control by setting system parameter through membrane panel.This solution can be used as training course for the extra-curricular technology activities and electronic design contest.
