According to the power system time synchronization technology criterions, based on the theory of crystal with high stability, a time synchronization system which coordinates GPS, Bei-dou and IRIG-B sync signal, is presented in this paper. The technology can improve the safety and stability of power grid. And a high-stability crystal oscillator has been used to achieve high timekeeping precision in the case of the loss of external time synchronization sources. The time synchronization accuracy of the system is improved up to I 1 us and punctual accuracy is better than 1 us/min. The system satisfies the technical requirements for electrical power system time synchronization, which has practical application value.%根据电力系统时间同步技术规范,基于高稳晶振,设计了一款可同步北斗、GPS、IRIG-B码多时钟源的时间同步系统,电力行业应用表明该系统时间同步精度优于士1 us,守时精度优于1 us/min,能确保在丧失外部同步源时的守时精度,满足电网安全、稳定运行要求.
