特高压交直流混合电网无功电压特性与电压控制协调系统设计

         

摘要

特高压直流通道将承担金沙江流域水电大规模输送任务,形成了四川特有的特高压直流多送端局面.自动电压控制技术(AVC)已在电网调度控制中得到广泛应用,而当前AVC系统并未考虑特高压直流系统接入后带来的影响.分析四川特高压直流系统投运后近区电网电压的新特点,讨论建设协调电压控制系统的必要性,提出四川电网特高压交、直流混合电网协调电压控制系统设计方案.该方案正在四川电网D5000平台上实施,并预计可获得良好的技术经济性能.%The UHVDC (Ultra High Voltage Direct Current) systems will play an important role in the hydro power transmission of Jin-Sha river in Sichuan grid. The unique situation that multi UHVDC terminals power output locating in Sichuan are shaped. The Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) has been widely implemented in power grid, however, current AVC system does not consider the impacts that the UHVDC systems bring about to the grid. In this paper, some new features of grid's var/voltage after the UHVDC systems'commission are analyzed firstly, and then the necessary of the coordinated voltage control system is discussed. Finally detailed design of coordinated voltage control system for Sichuan UHVDC/AC hybrid grid is proposed. The scheme is operated in Sichuan grid D5000 platform, which will have a good technical and economic performance.
