考虑信息价值的需求侧用户响应潜力评估方法

摘要

In the process of demand response implementation,assessing the user response potential in advance can dramatically improve the accuracy of aggregators task distribution.Considering the accuracy of different user information and the error in information transmission,information value was included in the index system,and user response potential assessment method at demand side was put forward.Firstly,relative factors of user response potential was comprehensive analyzed,and an assessment index system was set up.The weights were calculated,and every index was quantified.Secondly,the potential grade was calculated based on set pair analysis and variable fuzzy set.Aggregators distributed the user load tasks according to the assessment results.Finally,load distribution simulation among the aggregators and users was carried out.The simulation results show that considering information value,the assessment index system can effectively improve the accuracy and completion of user tasks,and indicate the importance of information value.%需求响应的实施过程中,对用户响应潜力的事先评估,可有效提高聚合商任务分配准确程度.考虑各用户信息本身的准确度与传输过程中造成的误差,将信息价值纳入评估指标体系,提出一种考虑信息价值的需求侧用户响应潜力评估方法.首先,全面分析与用户响应潜力相关的因素,建立评估指标体系并计算权重,实现各个指标量化分析;然后,通过集对分析与可变模糊集相结合的方法计算潜力等级;利用聚合商评估结果,对用户负荷响应任务量进行分配;最后,对聚合商与用户之间的负荷分配进行仿真实验,实验结果表明:考虑信息价值的评估指标体系,能有效提升评估准确性及用户任务完成情况.
