基于需求响应的区域微电网优化调度

             

摘要

优化调度对于提高微电网中分布式电源的消纳和系统的经济运行水平具有重要意义,基于负荷的分类和差异化负荷的需求侧响应能力,提出一种计及负荷需求侧响应的微电网优化调度分析方法.首先,分析微电网中各种分布式电源和典型负荷的数学模型;然后,构建以用户售电收益、余电上网收益并计及运行维护成本、燃料成本和环境污染成本的综合净效益最大化作为目标函数,以功率平衡约束、储能电池充放电约束等为约束条件的微电网优化调度模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解.算例分析表明:在微电网调度中考虑需求侧响应可以减少用户用电成本,提高微电网整体效益,有效配合配电网达到削峰填谷的目的,减轻负荷高峰时段的供电压力.%Optimal dispatch in micro-grid is very important for improving the accommodation ability of distributed gen-erations(DGs)and the economic operation of whole system.A novel optimal dispatching strategy was proposed based on the different demand response ability of diversifying loads in this paper.First,the mathematical models of DGs and typical loads were introduced.Second,considering the maximal economic benefit of micro-grid,the multi-objective function was built,and then the constraint conditions,including power balance,charging and discharging of energy storage battery,was proposed.On the basis,an optimal dispatch model in micro-grid was set up.Moreover,the ge-netic algorithm(GA)was utilized to solve the optimal dispatch model.Finally,the case study results show that the proposed optimal dispatch model can not only improve the whole benefit of the micro-grid,but also reduce load force in the peak time.
