考虑可靠性及电压稳定性的主动配电网多目标分层规划

         

摘要

引入多场景技术和机会约束规划方法对分布式电源 (DG)和负荷的不确定性进行处理, 提出一种计及经济性、可靠性和电压稳定性的多目标双层主动配电网 (ADN)规划模型, 并采用改进的粒子群算法进行求解.模型的上层以投资运行经济性、系统可靠性及稳定性为目标;下层从运行模拟层面进行规划, 综合考虑分布式电源的有效利用, 以分布式电源年切除量的期望值最小作为目标.最后通过改进的IEEE 33节点算例来验证模型的可行性.%By introducing the multi-scenario technology and Chance Constrained Programming (CCP)method to deal with the uncertainty of distributed power (DG)and load, aplanning model of active distribution network (ADN)with multi-objectives and two layers is proposed by considering economics, reliability and voltage stability.An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve this problem.The upper layer of model aims at operation economy, system reliability and stability.While, the lower layer takes the minimum expected value of annual cutoff for the distributed power supply as the goal by considering the effective utilization of distributed power supply.Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified via a modified IEEE 33-node example.
