基于ANSYS Workbench的货架立柱截面优化设计

         

摘要

The storage rack columns are made of cold-formed sheet steel and cross-section shape of them is one of the key factors that influence the capacity of bearing. The optimal design of cross-section of storage rack columns is made based on optimal design function of ANSYS Workbench software and finite element analysis. The optimal program is determined by calculating the related parameter's sensitivity and the response of input parameters. Then, the optimal result is calculated according to the setting optimal goal.%货架立柱是由薄钢板冷弯而成,其截面形状是影响承载能力最关键的因素之一.基于ANSYS Workbench软件的优化设计功能,在有限元分析的基础上对货架立柱截面进行优化设计.通过计算相关参数的敏感性以及输入参数的响应来确定优化方案,进而设定优化目标来计算出优化结果.
