This paper presents a closed-form algorithm for the steady-state response of elastic mecha-nisms. Based on an analytic expression of the initial conditions, the steady-state response can beobtained by just one cycle of integration, thus the algorithm is of high efficiency. The algorithm isthen verified by comparing the computational results with the previously published experimental re-sults.
