大米蛋白肽对蛋鸡的饲养环境和生产性能的影响

320 laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates and fed with different diets.Group I was fed basal diet,and the groups II , III and IV were fed with rice peptide of 1 % , 1.5% and 2% to replace soybean protein in basal diet with same proportion of protein.The results showed adding L.5%~-2% rice peptide could decrease the concentrations of NH3 and H2S.The laying rate and feed efficiency was increased.It was indicated that rice peptide exhibited good effect on the production performance of laying hens in winter.%试验选择400只蛋鸡,随机地分为四个组,Ⅰ组喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在日粮中加入1％、1.5％和2％的大米蛋白肽,研究大米蛋白肽对冬季禽舍中有害气体浓度和蛋鸡生产性能的影响.结果显示在日粮中加入1.5％～2％的大米蛋白肽,能明显降低蛋鸡舍内的氨气和硫化氢的浓度,也能显著提高其产蛋率和饲料效率.表明大米蛋白肽在冬季有利于提高蛋鸡的生产性能和改善其环境.
