分娩猪舍环境控制系统仿真

         

摘要

分娩猪舍是待产母猪生产仔猪到母猪与仔猪转群的场所,其内部环境的优劣是影响新生仔猪能否正常生长的关键因素,针对目前猪场环境温度控制没有考虑到猪自身活动而引起的产热变化,而猪只自身生命活动也是猪舍内部温度变化的主要因素之一.通过采集对猪舍内外环境信息,结合猪只自身和环境的能量交换,通过机理建模方法,根据能量守恒定律,对猪舍内的环境温度进行建模,得到室内温度的设定值.将仿真方案应用到猪舍温度控制系统中,以风机和湿帘为执行机构,以猪只数量,成长天数,室外温度等为输入,可将猪舍温度稳定在符合猪舍环境猪只生长的范围之内,可以节省加热设备的使用,从而节约能源.%Farrowing house is the place where predelivery sows give birth to piglets and both sows and piglets are ready for slaughter,which internal environment influences a newly born piglet's normal growth.Currently,the temperature control in a pig farm doesn't involve the heat production caused by pig's activities which is one of the key factors affecting the internal temperature variation in a pig house.Therefore,the authors collected the internal and external environmental information of pig houses to process the modeling with mechanism modeling method based on conservation of energy law by combining the energy exchange between pig and environment,then got the set value of internal temperature.Afterwards,the simulation program was applied to the temperature control system,with fan and wet curtain being the actuating element,pig's number,days of growth and external temperature being the input,thus,the pig house 's temperature could be maintained at the favorable temperature which is beneficial to pig's growth.The system can conserve energy by saving the application of heating equipment.
