With continuous development of digital technology, most seismic stations in our country undergo digital transformation.Modernization, digitalization and intelligentization of earthquake monitoring have brought seismic stations of higher requirements both in operating environments and technical maintenance. Based on years＇ experience working on seismic station, such as management experience, the author explained purpose of systematic stations, and put forward seismic digital maintenance. operation and maintenance monitoring system related of digital seismic observation regulation of operation and maintenance.%随着数字技术的不断发展，我国大部分地震台站都进行了数字化改造，地震观测的现代化、数字化、智能化，对地震台站的运行环境和技术维护提出了更高的要求。本文根据在地震台站多年的工作积累和台站管理经验，对地震台数字化观测系统运行与维护的目标、基本要求作了说明，并提出了地震台数字化观测系统运行和维护的有关制度。
