In this article, we introduced the operating principle, technical parameters and function of a high-performance 10 bits serial A/D converters chip TLC1549. This paper introduces this chip’s application circuit and software program code in the seismic instrument development in detail, which offered this chip’s development experience for the instrument developers.%阐述了一种高性能10位串行模数转换芯片TLC1549的工作原理、技术参数、主要功能，文中详细介绍了在地震仪器开发中此芯片的应用电路、软件流程和代码，为仪器开发人员提供相关芯片的开发经验。
