高射频枪械自动机运动的抗振测试方法

         

摘要

To solve the problems that most of the traditional photoelectric measurement methods were inconvenient and of low accuracy,which could not suppress vibration interference,and not suitable for testing high-speed,continuous process,a novel anti-vibration method was proposed for measuring weapon automatic mechanisms parameters.Laser diode module with collimated and Powell lens were adopted to form the uniform fanshaped laser screens.Retroreflector ensured the target having enough exposure time when shooting speed was very high; Plane array camera and strip retroreflector avoided targets from the field because vibration.Local parts localization method of image processing technology was adopted to achieve the high speed data processing.Data compression ratio was better than 10.Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that the system working distance was 1.87~7.84 m,compared with OFV5000 laser vibrometer whose test accuracy was 0.10 u m/s,its measuring range was more than 500 mm,the relative error of it was 0.87%.The continuously firing and measuring were achieved.%针对传统测试方法繁琐、精度低,常用光电检测方法无法抑制振动干扰,不适合测试高速、连续过程的问题,提出了一种高射频枪械自动机运动抗振测试方法.经准直后的激光模组由鲍威尔棱镜展宽成为均匀扇形光幕,原向反射片反射回的光强远大于背景亮度,保证了高速拍摄标志点获取足够曝光量;面阵相机与条状反射片配合保证枪械振动而目标不脱离视场;局部区域定位法实现了图像的高速处理,数据压缩比优于10.理论分析和实验结果表明:系统工作距离为1.87~7.84 m,量程大于500 mm,与测试精度为0.10 μm/s德国OFV5000激光测振仪相比,相对误差为0.87%;可实现多连发、高效率测试.
