引信风帽内表面温度分布的快速数值计算

         

摘要

In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and inability to convergence arising when applying the traditional numerical computation method to study the inner surface temperature distribution of fuze false cap,a fast numerical computation method of obtaining the inner surface temperature distribution of fuze false cap was put forward.The method was a combination of engineering algorithm and numerical algorithm,taking the heat flux density of aerodynamic heating of the false cap’s outer surface obtained by using the engineering algo-rithm as boundary conditions and utilizing numerical simulation software Fluent to conduct the numerical simula-tion in the heat transfer process of the false cap,and the temperature distribution of the false cap’s inner surface would be obtained.Compared the obtained results with results from the traditional full flow field simulation,the difference value were no bigger than 2%.However,the computation time was greatly reduced and great im-provement in computational efficiency was gained at the loss of tiny precision.The analysis of the example indi-cated that when the requirement of computational accuracy was not very strict,the fast numerical computation method could be utilized to study the temperature distribution of fuze false cap’s inner surface.%针对研究风帽内表面温度时所采用的传统数值计算方法耗时长、易出现无法收敛的问题,提出了快速数值计算法。该方法把工程算法与数值计算相结合,即利用工程算法获得风帽外表面上的气动加热热流密度,将此热流密度作为边界条件,利用数值仿真软件 Fluent 对风帽的传热过程进行数值模拟,从而获得了风帽内表面的温度分布。所得结果与传统全流场仿真的结果相比,差值在2%以内,但计算所需时间却大幅缩短,以牺牲微小的精度代价,却带来计算效率的巨大提升。算例分析表明,在计算精度要求不是很高时,可以采用该快速数值计算法研究风帽内表面的温度分布。
