三荷包法PPH治疗直肠前突的临床应用

摘要

Objective To explore and study three pockets method PPH treatment effect for rectocele. Methods Using Procedure prolapse and hemorrhoids of three pockets method treatment rectocele,treated a total 41 cases. Results All the patients were resected mucosa ring complete, Anterior wall width is approximately 5cm, Rectal wall tension after surgery,Postoperative sense defecation smooth,The defecation time significantly shorten,Patients were followed up for three months to six months,40 patients with defecation completely back to normal. Conclusion The three pockets method PPH is Simple operation, rapid postoperative recovery, treatment effect, But clinical application.%目的 探讨和研究三荷包法PPH治疗直肠前突的效果.方法 回顾性分析我院2010年6月至2012年6月使用三个荷包缝合的吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗直肠前突41例患者的临床资料.结果 全组病例切除的黏膜环完整,前壁宽度约5cm,手术后直肠前壁有一定的张力;术后感排便通畅,排便时间明显缩短,术后随访3个月至半年,40例患者排便完全恢复正常.结论 三荷包法PPH手术操作简单、术后恢复快、治疗效果好,可在临床推广应用.
