中美高校心理健康教育工作的比较--基于6所中美高校的实地考察调研

     

摘要

通过实地参访、比较分析等方法对中美6所高校进行调研发现,两国高校心理健康教育工作的不同在于美国的工作机制扁平而中国相对立体;美国关注重点学生而中国关注全体;美国心理咨询师专注咨询而中国心理咨询师职责较多;美国危机处理流程规范而中国重视危机预警。中国高校应坚持的工作特色与优势,同时借鉴美国高校的工作经验。%This paper is a comparative analysis of the mental health education in 6 Chinese and Ameri-can universities based on field visits.Investigations show that the working mechanism of mental health education is in America universities but three- dimensional in China;American universities keep a watchful eye on the problem students while Chinese universities focus on the entire group;psycholog-ical counselors in America focus on offering counseling services while their Chinese counterparts have more responsibilities;American universities have standardized crisis management procedure while Chinese universities attach more importance to the early warning of crisis.The conclusion is that Chi-nese universities should on one hand stick to their own characteristic ways to maintain their own mer-its and on the other hand draw inspiration from their American counterparts.
