目的:利用计算机辅助设计与制造(computer aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)技术对冠根折的磨牙进行高嵌体冠修复,并观察其临床效果.方法:对根管治疗后的冠根折患牙1例,行钕(Nd:YAG)激光去除部分牙龈,暴露患牙龈下折裂边缘后,采用椅旁CAD/CAM二矽酸锂高嵌体冠修复.按照改良的美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)标准对修复体的临床疗效进行评价.结果:修复体边缘密合,邻接和咬合关系良好,2周后复诊牙龈恢复良好.复诊时修复体无折裂、松动、脱落,基牙无折裂、疼痛、松动等现象,牙龈形态愈合良好.结论:利用CAD/CAM技术对冠根折的磨牙进行高嵌体冠修复,能获得良好的临床效果.%Objective:The aimed of this article was to use computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)technique to fabricate an onlay crown for a crown-root fracture molar,and the clinical effect was observed.Methods:To ablate partial gingiva of the crown-root fracture molar which has completed root canal therapy using Nd:YAG laser until its subgingival margin was exposed.Then an onlay crown was fabricated using chair-side CAD/CAM technology to made onlay crown with lithium silicate.The clinical effect of the prosthesis was evaluated according to the United States Public Health Service(USPHS).Results:The margin,contact point,and occlusion relationship of the prosthesis were well,as well as the good gingival recover.There were no phenomena of fracture,loosening and loss occurred,and also no fracture,pain and loose found in the abutment with 2 weeks follow-up that the gingiva healed well.Conclusion:To fabricate an onlay crown for a crown-root fracture molar using CAD/CAM technique can obtain good clinical effects.
