IL-13、TNF-α在慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘患者中的检测意义

     

摘要

目的:探析血清 IL-13和 TNF-α在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)和支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者中的水平变化及意义。方法分析在我院接受治疗的52例慢阻肺(稳定组20例和加重组32例)和哮喘(急性组27例,缓解组30例)患者及30例健康者的临床资料。比较血清 IL-13、TNF-α在各组中的表达水平,相关性分析哮喘患者各组及慢阻肺患者各组中血清 IL-13、TNF-α的关系。结果哮喘患者急性组的血清 IL-13、TNF-α浓度明显比缓解组、对照组高(P 均<0.05);急性组、缓解组患者血清 IgE 水平明显高于对照组,其中缓解组 IgE 水平明显低于急性组(P 均<0.05)。缓解组 IL-13与 TNF-α呈正相关(r =0.47,P <0.05)。急性和缓解组 IL-13与 IgE 均呈正相关(P <0.05)。慢阻肺患者加重组的 IL-13、TNF-α水平均明显比稳定组和对照组高(P 均<0.05)。加重组患者的血清 IL-13与 TNF-α呈正相关(r =0.91,P <0.05。结论哮喘和慢阻肺急性加重期的 IL-13和 TNF 水平较高,炎症可能参与其病理过程。%Objective To analyze the changes and the clinical significance of the levels of IL-13 and TNF-αin patients with COPD or asthma.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with COPD (32 cases in the exacerba-tion group and 20 cases in stable group),52 patients with asthma (27 cases in acute group and 25 cases in relief group)and 30 healthy people as the control group were retrospectively analyzed.The levels of IL-13 and TNF-αin each group were respectively compared.The relationship between IL-13 and TNF-αin each group were relatively ana-lyzed.Results The level of IL-13 of asthma patients in acute group was obviously higher than that in the relief group and the control group (P <0.05).The level of IgE of asthma patients in the acute group and the relief group was ob-viously higher than that in the control group,and the level of IgE in the relief group was obviously lower than that in the acute group (P <0.05).The level of L-13 was positively correlated with TNF-αin the relief group (r =0.51,P<0.05).The level of IL-13 was positively correlated with IgE in the acute group and the relief group (P <0.05). The level of IL-13 and TNF-αof COPD patients in the exacerbation group was obviously higher than that in the stable group and the control group (P <0.05).The level of IL-13 was positively correlated with TNF-αin the exacerbation group (r =0.43,P <0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum of IL-13 and TNF-αin acute exacerbation stage pa-tients with COPD or asthma are higher,and inflammation might play an important role.
