综合医院呼吸肾内科护士早期职业生涯规划设计与应用的实证研究

             

摘要

目的:探讨对呼吸肾内科护士进行早期职业生涯规划管理的临床效果。方法对36名综合性医院呼吸肾内科护士进行早期职业生涯规划管理,依据其护龄及学历水平结合科室建设规划,制定护士5a职业目标,依据职业目标进行培养。结果本组除2名护士因工作需要调整到医院其他部门工作外,34名护士均按计划逐步实现了职业目标;护士职称及学历均有明显提升,护士流失率为0。结论对护士进行早期职业生涯规划管理可以增加护士的职业认同感和组织归属感,对稳定护理队伍,实现医院和个人双赢。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of early career planning man-agement for nurses of respiratory and renal department .Methods Early career planning managements were conducted for 36 nurses of respiratory and renal dept .of general hospital ,5-year career objectives made according to division construction planning ,and they cultivated according to career objectives .Re-sults Thirty-four nurses generally realize career objectives according to planning except 2 nurses ;nurses’ titles and educational background promote notably ,loss rate of nurses is zero .Conclusion Early career planning management for nurses could raise nurses’ occupational identification and organization sense of belonging and is of great significance for stabilizing nursing team and realizing win-win of hospital and indi-vidual .
