奥氮平联合石杉碱甲对康复期精神分裂症患者记忆功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influences of olanzapine combined with huperzine A on memory function of convalescence schizophrenia patient .Methods A total of 100 convalescence schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 50 ones each ,both groups took orally olanzapine ,research group was plus huperzine A for 12 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) ,memory functions with the Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) ,and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results After treatment the PANSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment ,in research group total ,positive and nega‐tive symptom score at each time point were significantly lower compared with those in control group (P<0.05 or 0.01);immediacy ,delay ,total and recognition score on the WMS improved more significantly af‐ter treatment compared with pretreatment (P<0.05 or 0.01) ,so did those in research than control group (P<0.05 or 0.01) .At the end of the 12th week obvious and total effective rate were significantly higher in research than control group (P<0.05 or 0.01) .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild ,there was no significant group difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05) .Conclusion Olanzapine com‐bined with huperzine A has a synergism ,could effectively improve patients ’ memory function ,and has higher safety and better compliance in convalescence schizophrenia patient .%目的：探讨奥氮平联合石杉碱甲对康复期精神分裂症患者记忆功能的影响。方法将100例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组50例，均口服奥氮平治疗，研究组联合石杉碱甲治疗，观察12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，韦氏记忆量表评定记忆功能，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分均较治疗前显著下降，研究组治疗各时点总分及阳性症状、阴性症状因子分均显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05或0.01）；两组韦氏记忆量表的即刻、延迟、总数、再认因子评分均较治疗前显著改善（ P＜0.05或0.01） ，研究组较对照组改善更显著（ P＜0.05或0.01）。治疗12周末研究组显效率、总有效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05或0.01）。两组不良反应均较轻微，发生率比较差异无显著性（ P＞0.05）。结论奥氮平联合石杉碱甲治疗康复期精神分裂症患者具有增效作用，能有效改善患者的记忆功能，安全性高，依从性好。
