非自愿住院精神分裂症患者伤害行为护理干预

摘要

Objective To explore the results of nursing intervention in injurious behavior of involuntarily hospitalized schizophrenics . Methods Such nursing measures were carried out in 30 involuntarily hospitalized schizophrenics as nurs‐ing assessment ,life nursing ,special care ,mental nursing and so on in order to establish better nurse‐patient relationship and prevent injurious behavior .Results Hospitalization time of the patients was 36 .54 ± 12 .32 days ,clinical cure rate 60 .0% ,improvement rate 40 .0% ,23 case‐times patients attempted to do oneself or somebody else harm (none really did oneself or somebody else harm ) ,7 ones attempted to escape (none escaped successfully ) .Conclusion Purposeful nursing intervention could effectively prevent the development of injurious behavior of involuntarily hospi‐talized schizophrenics .%目的：探讨非自愿住院精神分裂症患者发生伤害行为的护理干预效果。方法对30例非自愿住院精神分裂症患者进行护理评估、生活护理、特殊护理、心理护理等，建立良好护患关系，防止伤害行为发生。结果本组患者住院时间（36．54±12．32）d，临床治愈率60．0％，进步率40．0％，住院期间企图伤害自己或他人23例次（无1例真正伤害自己和他人），企图逃跑7例（无1例逃跑成功）。结论通过针对性护理干预能有效防止非自愿住院精神分裂症患者伤害行为的发生。
