Objective To explore the development of post‐traumatic stress disor‐der (PTSD) and influencing factors in burn patients .Methods The PTSD development conditions were added up in 86 burn patients ,general data compared between patients with and without PTSD ,and influ‐encing factors of the PTSD analyzed using Logistic regression .Results The PTSD incidence of the pa‐tients was 45 .3% .There were significant differences in ages ,courses of disease ,educational levels ,mari‐tal status ,depths of burn ,burn sites and burn surface areas between patients with and without the PTSD (P<0 .05 or 0 .01);Logistic regression showed that ages ,courses of disease ,educational levels ,marital status ,depths of burn ,burn sites and burn surface areas were influencing factors of the PTSD develop‐ment (P<0 .01) .Conclusion The incidence of the PTSD is higher in burn patients ,influencing factors are numerous ,and attention should be paid to their psychosomatic health at the same time of treating burn .%目的：探讨烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍的发生状况及影响因素。方法统计86例烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍的发生状况，比较发生与未发生创伤后应激障碍患者的一般资料，并对创伤后应激障碍的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果本组86例烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍发生率为45．3％。发生与未发生创伤后应激障碍烧伤患者年龄、病程、文化程度、婚姻状况、烧伤深度、烧伤部位及烧伤面积比较差异有显著性（ P＜0．05或0．01）；回归分析显示，年龄、病程、文化程度、婚姻状况、烧伤深度、烧伤部位及烧伤面积均是烧伤患者发生创伤后应激障碍的影响因素（P＜0．01）。结论烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍发生率较高，其影响因素众多，临床上在治疗烧伤的同时，应关注患者的心身健康状况。
