Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of escitalopram and duloxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods Eighty-four depression patients were assigned to two groups of 42 ones each according to random number table, escitalopram group was treated with escitalopram, and duloxetine group with duloxetine for 6 weeks.Anxious and depressive states were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before treatment and at the ends of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th week, total effective rates and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results Since the end of the 1st week the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0.01), the total effective rate was respectively 90.5% in escitalopram and 88.1% in duloxetine group, which had no significant group differences (P>0.05).Conclusion Both escitalopram and duloxetine are effective and safe in the treatment of depression.%目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰与度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性.方法 将84例抑郁症患者按照随机数字法分为两组,每组42例,艾司西酞普兰组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,度洛西汀组给予度洛西汀治疗,观察6周.于治疗前及治疗第1周、2周、4周、6周末采用汉密顿焦虑量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评定患者的焦虑抑郁情况,比较两组总有效率及不良反应发生率. 结果 治疗1周末起两组汉密顿焦虑量表及汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),艾司西酞普兰组总有效率为90.5%,度洛西汀组为88.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 艾司西酞普兰与度洛西汀治疗抑郁症疗效显著且相当,安全性高.
