纤维支气管镜在儿童难治性肺部疾病中的应用

摘要

随着纤维支气管镜技术的提高,其临床应用的适应证亦不断增加,已成为儿科呼吸疾病诊断和治疗的有力武器.文章就纤维支气管镜术在儿童难治性肺部疾病(如难治性肺不张、难治性肺炎、咯血及反复喘息等)诊治中的应用作一概述.%With the development of flexible bronchoscopy, there has been a tremendous expansion of its applications and it has been proved to he effective in the diagnosis and management of childhood respiratory disorders.The use of f1exible bronchoscopy in diagnosis and management of pediatric refraetory respiratory disorders such as refractory atelectasis, refractory pneumonia, haemoptysis and recurrent wheezing is reviewed in this article.
