目的 总结腹腔镜下一期Fowler-Stephens手术治疗大龄儿童腹腔型隐睾的疗效与经验.方法 2005年5月至2011年6月,作者对32例(38侧)大龄儿童腹腔型隐睾实施腹腔镜下一期Fowler-Stephens手术.术中找到睾丸后,在腹腔内高位离断精索血管,游离输精管,保留睾丸固有韧带,将腹腔内睾丸经腹股沟管下降并固定于阴囊内.结果 32例(38侧)均一期完成Fowler-Stephens手术,术后随访6个月,所有下降固定的睾丸无回缩、无萎缩,1例复发斜疝.结论 腹腔镜下一期Fowler-Stephens手术可作为大龄儿童腹腔型隐睾的首选治疗方法.%Objective To explore the experience in the treatment of intra-abdominal cryptorchidism of older boys with single stage laparoscopic Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy. Methods From May 2005 to Jun 2011, 32 older boys (38 sides) with intra-abdominal cryptorchidism were retrospectively analyzed. After detecting the testicles under the laparoscope, we dissected the spermatic cord vessels. Then, the spermatic duct was separated, and the gubemaculums of testis was retained. Afterwards, maked the intra-abdominal testis through the inguinal canal down and fixed in the scrotum under the laparoscopic. Results 32 older boys (38 sides) underwent one-stage Fowler-Stephens procedure. All children had follow-up more than 6 months, All of the testis had no retraction,no atrophy, 1 case had a hernia recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic first-stage Fowler-Stephens can be recommended as preferred surgery for the older boys intra-abdominal cryptorchidism.
