正确认识骨科摄片图像处理的归一化问题

摘要

Objective　To study whether it can be d irectly compared that one of X-ray pictures taken in different period and exposur e conditions with one processed by histogram normalization. Methods　The basic principle and procedure of picture normalization was analyze d in detail. Results　The grey level and pseudo colour of X- ray pictures processed by histogram normalization showed a large amount o f variation. Conclusion　The grey distribution is different b etween original pictures and processed ones. Comparing these pictures is not authentic. Correct methods should be researched to compare different pictures.%目的　探讨不同时期、不同条件的X线片图像做 直方图归一 化处理后能否直接进行灰度或颜色的对比。方法　详细介绍图像归一化处 理的基本原理及归一化后图像灰度分布的变化。结果　X线片图像经直方 图归一化处理之后，清晰度大为提高，但各象素的灰度密度分布已不同于原始图像分布。[ HTH〗结论　归一化处理后的图像与原始图像的灰度分布并不相同，直接比较这两 种图像是不恰当的；修正方法应进一步研究。
