目的 探讨钢缆螺钉及钢缆针治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果.方法 对32例髌骨骨折患者应用钢缆螺钉及钢缆针治疗.结果 32例均获得随访,时间4个月～2年.患者切口均一期愈合.骨折均愈合,愈合时间为8～12周.无骨折块移位、内固定松动或断裂出现,无钢缆或克氏针突出于皮下刺激皮肤等并发症发生.按Bostman标准评定疗效:优秀23例,良好9例.结论 钢缆螺钉及钢缆针治疗髌骨骨折符合生物力学内固定的原则,操作简便,固定牢靠,可早期膝关节功能锻练,适应范围广,并发症少,临床疗效满意.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cable screw and cable needle treatment of patellar fractures. Methods Cable screws and the cable needle were used in treatment on 32 cases of patella fracture patients. Results 32 cases were followed up for 4 to 24 months after surgery. The incisions of 32 cases were primary healing. All fractures had healed, and the healing time was from 8 to 12 weeks. There was no fracture fragment displacement, no flexible internal fixation or ruptures, no cable or Kirschner wire protruding from the subcutaneous irritate the skin and other complications. According to the Bostman standard, the results were excellent in 23 cases and good in 9 cases. Conclusions The treatment of patellar fractures with cable screws and cable needle complies with the principle of biomechanics internal fixation, which has the advantages of simple operation, stable fixation, earlier knee joint functional exercise, wide suitability,few complication and good effect.
