联合碎石法在内镜下胃内巨大结石取石中的护理体会

摘要

目的 总结联合碎石法(二氧化碳气泵+无痛胃镜+自制碎石器+食管保护套)在胃内巨大结石取石中的护理体会.方法 利用联合碎石法治疗11例胃内巨大结石患者,加强围术期护理并及时复查.结果 11例患者中,10例一次碎石成功取出结石,1例经过2次碎石成功取出结石,均未发生肠梗阻等并发症.结论 联合碎石法在胃内巨大结石取石过程中安全有效,简易实用.%Objective To summarize the nursing experience of combined lithotripsy (carbox dioxide pump plus painless gastroscope plus homemade stone crusher plus esophageal protective sleeve) in the removal of giant gastric stones. Methods Totally 11 patients with giant gastric stones were treated with combined lithotripsy, and were conducted with strengthened perioperative nursing and review. Results Among the 11 cases, 10 cases were successfully removed by one-time lithotripsy and 1 case was successfully removed by lithotripsy twice. No complications such as intestinal obstruction were observed. Conclusion Combined lithotripsy is safe, effective, simple and practical in the removal of giant gastric stones.
