风险管理方法在新生儿PICC护理中的运用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of risk management in the neonatal with PICC. Methods A total of 39 neonatal with PICC were divided into experimental group with implementation of risk management and the controlled group without implementation of risk management. The standard of operation procedures and nursing quality for the common risks and maintenance of PICC were developed according to the method of risk management. All nurses were organized to learn and their risk awareness improved. The nursing quality of PICC was controlled by the standards of nursing quality. Results There was significant difference on the incidence of various risk between two groups. The experimental group was significantly lower than the controlled group and the proportion of PICC infusion completion significantly increased in the experimental group. Conclusion The risk management methods can reduce the incidence of various risks and improve the safety of newborns with PICC, and also improve the success rate of neonatal PICC infusion.%目的 探讨风险管理方法在新生儿外周静脉置人中心静脉导管(PICC)护理中的运用.方法 收集PICC患儿共39例.其中实验组18例实施风险管理,对照组21例未实施风险管理.根据风险管理的方法,针对新生儿PICC置管及维护的过程中常见的风险,制定标准操作流程及护理质量标准,组织全科护士学习,提高风险意识,进行质量控制.结果 各种风险发生率实验组较对照组明显降低,应用PICC完成输液计划的比例明显提高.结论 采用风险管理方法能降低新生儿PICC各种风险的发生率,在新生儿PICC护理中是非常重要的,能提高新生儿使用PlCC的安全,提高新生儿应用PICC完成输液计划的成功率.
