Objective To investigate the clinical features and nursing of acute fatty liver of pregnancy(AFLP). Methods The clinical data of six AFLP cases was retrospectively analyzed. Results After the nursing intervention, four cases of AFLP were discharged. One case of postpar-tum hemorrhage complicated by uterine artery embolization + hysterectomy was cured. One case had liver failure complications and was transferred. Conclusion AFLP complication is specific to the third trimester of pregnancy. It has rapid onset and great danger to patients. In addition to liver damage, kidney, brain, pancreas and other organ damages are often seen, which pose great threat to the safety of the mother and child. Active treatment and increasing monitoring and clinical care can effectively prevent complications and improve the prognosis of mother and child.%目的 探讨妊娠合并急性脂肪肝(AFLP)的临床特点与护理对策.方法 回顾性分析6例AFLP的临床资料.结果 通过护理干预,4例AFLP痊愈出院,1例并发产后出血行子宫动脉栓塞术+子宫次全切除治愈出院,1例并发肝衰竭转院.结论 AFLP为妊娠晚期特有并发症,起病急剧,病情凶险,除肝脏损害外,常伴有肾、脑、胰腺等多脏器功能损害,严重威胁母婴安全,积极治疗,加强临床监测与护理,预防并发症的发生,以改善母儿预后.
