结论 改进PICC穿刺方法后,可减少PICC穿刺点出血的发生.%Objective To compare the preventive effects of puncture point bleeding after peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) by two different puncture methods. Methods Sixty -five PICC patients with different diseases were divided into conventional control group (n = 35 ) and observation group ( n = 30). The conventional group received the traditional method to take PICC,which was punctured into the vessel from superior direction of vein. The observation group first took a 2 to 2. 5 cm subcutaneous sneak, then punctured into from position of 2 to 2. 5 cm below the posterior direction of vessel, and finally completed PICC catheterization. Results Incidence rate of bleeding in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the conventional control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Improvement of PICC puncture method can reduce the incidence of the bleeding of the PICC puncture points.
