目的 通过对胰十二指肠切除术(PD)后临床前期出血的观察,及时发现病情,预防并发症.方法 总结25例PD 术后出血的诊治经验并复习文献,就早期临床表现,出血原因,处理方法与结果进行分析.结果 心率改变与血压的改变是所有病例的主要临床表现,及时发现这些生命体征变化能使患者碍到及时处理.本组25例患者有21例及时得到救治康复出院,有4例因出血治疗无效而死亡.结论 大出血前期及时发现体征变化,及时报告医生,给予有效处理,能明显降低患者病死率.%Objective To identify the progression of disease and prevent complications by observing the clinical early- stage hemorrhage after duodenopancreatectomy(PD). Methods The clinical data and relating literature of 25 PD patients were respectively reviewed and analyzed with regard to early clinical manifestations, causes of hemorrhage, intervention measures and treatment outcomes. Results Changes of heart rate and low blood pressure were the main clinical manifestations of all patients. All those changes of vital signs were identified and attended immediately. A-mong 25 patients in the group, 21 received immediate treatment and were discharged from hospital with recovery. Four died due to hemorrhage. Conclusion Early identification of the changes of vital signs and effective intervention of doctors before hemorrhage can decrease the mortality rates.
