优质服务护理模式在提升骨折患者及其家属满意度中的应用效果

             

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing service mode in improving satisfactoriness of fracture patients and their families Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 244 cases with fracture from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital who were chosen as the research objects.Based on nursing model,they were randomly divided into convention group and quality group,nursing satisfactoriness of which was compared.Results The number of satisfied patients in the high quality group was 108,and the satisfactoriness rate was 88.52 %.The number of satisfied patients in the convention group was 82,and the total satisfactoriness rate was 67.21%.The satisfactoriness of the high quality group was markedly higher than that of the convention group (P < 0.05).The number of satisfied patients' families in the quality group was 111 and the total satisfactoriness was 90.98 %.The number of satisfied patients' families in the convention group was 95,and the total satisfactoriness was 77.87 %.The satisfactoriness of the quality group was markedly higher than that of the convention group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the implementation of quality nursing service in the process for patients with fracture is significant,and it is a reliable choice.%目的 探讨优质服务护理模式在提升骨折患者及其家属满意度中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2010-2012年本院收治的244例骨折患者的临床资料,根据所采用护理方法的不同随机分为常规护理组和优质护理组,比较2组的护理满意度.结果 优质组总满意患者108例,总满意率为88.52%;常规组总满意患者82例,总满意率为67.21%.优质组患者总满意率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);优质组总满意患者家属111例,总满意率为90.98%;常规组总满意患者家属95例,总满意率为77.87%.优质组患者家属总满意率显著高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 对骨折患者实施优质服务护理模式的临床效果显著,是骨折患者临床护理的可靠选择.
