艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预治疗躯体形式障碍的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of escitalopram combined with mental intervention on the treatment of somatoform disorders and compare with the effect of single application of escitalopram.Methods A total of 135 patients with somatoform disorders were randomly divided into research group (n =68) and control group (n =67).The research group was treated with combination therapy of escitalopram and mental intervention,while the control group was treated with escitalopram only.The efficacy was assessed by SCL-90 and TAS-26 before treatment and 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Results Two weeks after treatment,the score of anxiety of SCL-90 in the research group was lower than the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Four and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores of somatization,depression and anxiety of SCL-90 in the research group were lower than the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Eight weeks after treatment,the scores of TAS-26 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the score of TAS-26 in the research group was significantly lower than the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with mental intervention can treat somatoform disorders effectively and improve the prognosis significantly,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.%目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效,并与单用艾司西酞普兰治疗进行比较.方法 将135例躯体形式障碍患者随机分为研究组(n=68)和对照组(n=67).研究组给予艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预治疗,对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗.2组于治疗前,治疗第2、4、8个周末采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-26)进行疗效评定.结果 研究组治疗第2个周末的SCL-90焦虑因子评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗第4、8个周末,研究组SCL-90躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗第8个周末,2组TAS-26评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组TAS-26评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 艾司西酞普兰联合心理干预治疗躯体形式障碍疗效肯定,能显著改善预后,值得临床推广应用.
