中药湿性换药护理对皮肤挫擦伤的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察不同换药护理措施对皮肤挫擦伤愈合效果的影响。方法选取皮肤挫擦伤患者51例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用传统的换药护理方法，治疗组采用中药湿性换药护理方法，观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组在挫擦伤愈合时间、换药后疼痛感受、瘢痕和色素沉着等方面显著优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论中药湿性换药护理方法对皮肤挫擦伤的治疗效果显著，能够有效减轻患者的痛苦，适合临床广泛应用与推广。%Objective To observe healing effect of different dressing measures on skin bruise.Methods 51 patients with skin bruises were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group applied traditional dressing nursing method while the treat-ment group used nursing method of wet dressing of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical curative effect of two groups was observed.Results Healing time of bruises,pain feeling after dressing, scar and hyperpigmentation in the treatment group was better than that in control group,so the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of nursing method of wet dressing of traditional Chinese medicine is significant.It can effectively relieve the pain of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
