舒适护理在改善消化内科住院患者睡眠及生活质量中的效果研究

摘要

目的：研究舒适护理在改善消化内科住院患者睡眠及生活质量中的效果。方法选取消化内科120例住院患者将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组）60例和观察组（舒适护理组）60例，然后将2组患者护理前及护理后1周、2周及4周的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、睡眠质量自我评估结果及世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表结果进行比较。结果观察组护理后1周、2周及4周的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、睡眠质量自我评估结果及世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表结果均显著优于对照组，且观察组护理后1周、2周及4周的结果均好于本组护理前，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论舒适护理在改善消化内科住院患者睡眠及生活质量中的效果较好，为患者的疾病治疗及其他方面的改善奠定了基础。%Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing in improving sleep and life quality of patients in department of digestion.Methods A total of 120 patients in department of digestion were randomized into control group(routine nursing group)and observation group(com-fortable nursing group),with 60 cases in each group,and the consequences of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,self-assessment of sleep quality and WHOQOL-BREF of WHO of two groups before nursing and at the 1st,2nd and 4th week after nursing were compared.Results The con-sequences of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,self-assessment of sleep quality and WHOQOL-BREF of WHO in the observation group at the 1st,2nd and 4th week after nursing were all signifi-cantly better than that in the control group,and the results of the observation group at the 1st,2nd and 4th week after nursing were better than that before nursing,which revealed the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing in improv-ing sleep and life quality of patients is better,and it lays the foundation for the disease treatment and improvement.
