Objective To analyze the application effect and prognosis of step type rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 90 disc herniation patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) according to the random number table method.The observation group was used the ladder type rehabilitation nursing intervention measures, the control group used routine nursing measures.The incidence of two groups, the therapeutic effect, postoperative complications and pain symptoms were compared.Results The treatment effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);Back pain score on admission showed no significant difference in observation group and control group (P>0.05);Back pain recovered scores on discharge, on postoperative 5 weeks and 15 weeks after discharge in the observation group, was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05);Observation group had lower the incidence of nerve root adhesion, intervertebral infection, and nerve root edema complications than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention measures in the treatment of minimally invasive treatment of lumbar vertebrae is significant, it had less complication, so it is worth to be widely used in clinical.%目的 分析阶梯式康复护理干预措施在腰椎间盘突出微创护理中的应用效果及预后中的应用.方法 将本院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症的患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数表方法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例).观察组采用阶梯式康复护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施.比较2组患者治疗的效果、术后腰疼痛症状改善情况以及并发症的发生率情况.结果 观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组入院时腰疼评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05);术后,观察组出院时、出院后5周、出院后15周腰疼恢复效果评分明显优于对照组, 2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的神经根黏连、椎间隙感染、神经根水肿的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 阶梯式康复护理干预措施在腰椎突出微创护理中的的治疗效果显著,并发症少,值得临床广泛推广.
