目的 探讨PDCA循环法对降低住院患者尿管非计划性拔管率的效果.方法 选取2017年4-6月未开展PDCA活动的留置尿管住院患者129例设为对照组,2017年7-9月开展PDCA活动后留置尿管的住院患者110例设为实验组,分析对照组发生尿管非计划性拔管的原因,制定相关的整改措施;对比分析2组患者尿管非计划性拔管率.结果 实验组非计划性拔管率为0.91％,对照组为6.20％,2组患者尿管非计划性尿管拔管率的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 运用PDCA循环法可有效降低住院患者尿管非计划拔管率,值得临床上推广.%Objective To evaluate effect of PDCA circulation on incidence rate of unplanned urinary catheter removal in hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 129 hospitalized patients without PDCA circulation from April and June 2017 were selected as control group,and 110 hospitalized patients with PDCA circulation from July to September 2017 were as experimental group.The reasons of unplanned urinary catheter removal in the control group were explored and the targeted measures were formulated.The incidence rate of unplanned urinary catheter removal in two groups were compared.Results Unplanned urinary catheter removal rate was 0.91％ in the experimental group,and 6.20％ in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation can reduce incidence rate of unplanned urinary catheter,which is worthy of clinical application.
