复方阿嗪米特治疗老年功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性

摘要

Objective To observe efficacy and safety of compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspesia (FD) in senile functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods A total 80 elderly patients with FD were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine guidance and oral administration of itopride hydrochloride dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with compound aziomide on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the symptom remission condition,clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction in FD patients of two groups were observed.Results After the treatment,the observation group had relieved anorexia,abdominal discomfort and symptoms of FD than treatment before,and the control group,the total clinical efficiency was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);Water load test showed that the observation group had improved maximum amount of water tolerance threshold after treatment compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The incidence rate of adverse reaction of two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Compound azintamide can effectively reduce symptom score and improve gastric receptive relaxation function in the elderly patients with FD,and the treatment efficacy and drug safety are worthy of affirmation.%目的 观察复方阿嗪米特治疗老年功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效及安全性.方法 选取80例老年FD患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例.对照组给予专科基础指导和常规药物盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合复方阿嗪米特治疗.治疗4周后,观察2组FD患者症状积分缓解情况,并评估临床治疗效果和药副安全性.结果 观察组治疗后食欲不振、上腹不适及FD症状总积分较治疗前、对照组治疗后均显著降低,临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);饮水负荷试验显示观察组治疗后最大饮水量耐受阈值较对照组显著提高(Jp＜0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 联合复方阿嗪米特能有效减轻老年FD患者的症状积分和改善胃底容受性舒张功能,治疗效果和药副安全性值得临床肯定.
