AVL COMPACT-3血气分析仪试剂的研制与应用

摘要

Objective To develop supporting reagents for AVL COMPACT - 3 blood gas analyzer produced in Switzerland. Methods Developing supporting reagents for Swiss made AVL COMP ACT - 3 blood gas analyzer and comparative analysis with imported reagents were carried out in this laboratory. Results There was no significant difference in all detected parameters between using self - designed reagents and those imported in original package ( P＞0.05 ), and they had good correlation ( r＞0.99 ), and they were highly precise and stable. Their clinical application was satisfactory. Conclusion The self - designed reagents could be used as substitutes for kits purchased abroad.%目的 研制AVL COMPACT- 3血气分析仪配套应用试剂.方法 研制AVL COMP ACT- 3血气分析仪配套试剂,并与进口试剂进行比较分析.结果 研制试剂与进口试剂的测定结果各组无显着性差异(P> 0.05),具有较好的相关性(γ≥0.99),精密度高,稳定性好,临床应用效果满意.结论 研制试剂经济实用、稳定可靠、质优价廉,可替代原装进口试剂用于AVL COMPACT-3血气分析仪.
