目的：对比锁定钢板与锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端 Neer Ⅱ型骨折的疗效。方法选择 Neer II 型骨折的患者共38例，随机分为研究组（锁定钢板固定）和对照组（锁骨钩钢板固定）各19例，比较手术结果，术后采用 Constant -Murley 评分在随访1、3、6个月及末次随访时对患侧肩关节进行评分。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量无统计学差异。研究组术后肩关节疼痛的发生率显著低于对照组。研究组在术后1、3、6个月及末次随访时 Constant - Murley 评分均显著高于对照组。结论锁定钢板具有操作方便、固定牢靠以及术后肩关节功能好等优点，值得临床应用。%Objective To compare the effects of locking plate and clavicular hook plate for NeerⅡdistal clavicular fracture. Methods Thirty - eight NeerⅡdistal clavicular fracture patients were collected and randomly divided into study group(locking plate fixation)and control group(clavicular hook plate fixation)(19 cases each). Surgery results were compared. Postoperative Constant - Murley shoulder score was evalu-ated at postoperative 1,3 and 6 months and final follow - up. Results There was no statistical difference in operative time and blood loss between two groups. In the study group,the incidence of postoperative shoulder pain was significantly lower than the control group. Constant - Murley scores were significantly higher in study group than control group at postoperative 1,3 and 6 months and at the last follow - up. Conclusion The use of locking plate in NeerⅡdistal clavicular fracture has advantages of easy to operate,stable fixation and better postoperative shoulder function.
